TEACHING & COURSES

Amanda has been running very successful art groups from her home for the past twenty years which inspired her to venture a bit further afield and organise exclusive painting trips in parts of the world where the tourist is still a rare breed.

In 1996 she took a car down to the Lot region and rented the first of many wonderful houses, which led on to many other tours in Spain, Morocco, Sri Lanka and Italy, where she herself learnt to draw in Florence, with Signorina Simi – a hard act to follow but she maintains that she has continued to learn from her own students ever since.

Painting Trips and Holidays

These are different every year. Non-painting partners are always welcome, as there are many other things to do apart from paint! From £1000

On all her trips, Mandy likes to give students total individual attention and believes strongly in the fundamentals of drawing, composition and use of pure colour. Any medium is encouraged and she tries to encourage you to develop your own style with realistic aims and most importantly with huge enjoyment!

Art Classes - each term and by appointment. These Groups do have a waiting list so please book early to avoid disappointment. Term cost £200.
